Every father's dream is to pass a part of himself on to his son. Dick Tibbits started Dick's Harley-Davidson of Rome, NY in 1949 and in 1978 the dream came true when he passed the business on to his son, Brad Tibbits. And now Brad's sons Christopher and Kyle and daughter Vanessa are working at the dealership.
